8 Months!

Zachary is now 8 months old! I can NOT believe how fast he is growing! He is starting to get a personality and I love it! He loves his brother and sister! His face lights up with joy when he sees them! He gets very excited! He also hates to be left behind when they go out side to play! He throws a fit until he gets to go with them. He doesnt like Daddy to go to work either. He is such a good baby and we love him so much!

We were blessed 5 years ago with a beautiful baby girl. She has been a huge blessing in our family. Elliana is smart and beautiful! I always knew this day was coming but I didnt think it would come so fast! It is soo bittersweet! I am so excited for her adventures but its almost killing me to think that I have to start letting her go! She is very excited to turn 5! She told me yesterday that when she turns 5 she will be faster. And she swears up and down she is different today! She loves her brothers and her dad. She loves to learn and to play princesses! She loves to play with her mommy too! She is sooooo excited to start kindergarten next year! She talks and talks about it all the time. She is excited to be able to go to the same school as her brother. She loves the gospel too. Church is her favorite place in the world. I am so grateful for her testimony. She is so strong. I know she was supposed to come when she did and she has important work on the earth at this time. I love you Baby Elliana and you will always be my baby girl!

7 Months!

Zachary is now 7 months! I cant believe it! He is getting so big! He is now crawling!!! Its so fun to watch him grow and learn! He loves to be outside and to go for walks! He also lights up when he sees his brother or sister! He loves his daddy too! I am so grateful for this little guy! I am so glad I endured to the end and got my reward. Although getting him was a hard road filled with disappointment and tears. It was probably the hardest road I have ever been down. I was stretched, polished, and tried. But What I got made every tear worth it. I would travel that road forever. I love you baby Zachary! Zachary 11/5/12

First Halloween!

So Zachary had his first Halloween! I can say that he was happy to go for a long walk. He actually fell asleep trick or treating! He hated his monkey hat too! But looked adorable in his monkey suit! I think next year he will like it a bit more. Ethan was Anikin Skywalker and was very happy about it! Had to tell everyone! Elliana wanted to be a zombie cheerleader. CRAZY GIRL! She had a lot of fun too! I love that we live in such a great neighborhood and my kids are safe! And we get to go with their friends! I had a great holiday with my family and friends!

Learning bad news too late

I found out yesterday that a good friend of mine passed away. She has been sick for a long time and has been fighting for her life for a while. I knew she was sick but didnt know she had passed until 10 days after. I missed her funeral and everything. She was cremated so I dont have a grave to go see or anything. I am pretty upset at myself for not being more active. I hope Sharra knows that I love her and I am so grateful that I got to be her neighbor and I got to serve her and know her. She was so caring and loving towards everyone she knew. She was not a member of the church but we had a lot of talks about the gospel and she was very open to it. She said she has read The Book of Mormon. I am hoping she is accepting it in heaven right now. I hope that she knows how much the Lord loves her. She was a wonderful person and I am so grateful I got to call her friend.

Big boy!

Zachary had his 6 month check up a while back! He is so big! He is 28 3/4 inches long (98%) and weighs 18lbs 13oz (73%)! The dr says he is perfect and healthy! He is so close to crawling! I am actually surprised he isnt yet! He has started to eat baby food too! He will however only eat the store bought. I tried to make it myself but he wont eat it! Silly monkey boy! I am so grateful that he is so healthy! I am so grateful for him! I am glad that I finally got what I needed. The Lord knew I needed to grow a bit more before I got such a great spirit! Although the road was the hardest I have ever had to journey, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat if it meant I got to have Zachary! I love him so much!

6 months!

Zachary is now 6 months old! I cant believe it! He can sit on his own and almost crawl! He rolls around right now but he is movin! He is such a great baby to have. I think back before our family had Zachary come into it. It seems like even though he wasnt born he was still with us. I cant imagine not having him here! He is eating cereal now too! He LOVES it! I have also started him on green beans! Loves those too! We are still working on sleeping in the crib. I think I just need to be more strict about it and practice tough love! But he is such a great little guy! I still cant believe he is half way to his first birthday! CRAZY!!!!! I love you Zachy and I am so lucky you picked me to be your mommy! Zachary 10/6/2012
